Guarantee & refunds

Closed testing window guarantee

We guarantee the ops outcome — meeting Google's 12 continuous opted-in testers × 14 days for a managed run — not Google's production-access decision.

We meet Google's 12 testers × 14 days by assigning ~14 testers for ~16 days (buffer).

Completing 12×14 makes you eligible to apply. Google decides production access — we don't sell or guarantee approval.

Short version

Restart, then refund if delivery still fails

For paid managed closed testing (Basic $15 / Premium $29), if we do not deliver a completed 12×14 window with the assigned tester pool, you get one free full restart. If the window still fails because of our delivery after that restart, you get a refund.

We do not guarantee Google Play production access, store approval, or that Google will accept your questionnaire.

What we cover

Window completion / ops guarantee

12Tester14Days managed runs target Google's rule: at least 12 testers opted in through your closed testing track, continuously for the last 14 days before you apply for production access.

If, during a paid managed run that you set up correctly and that we started with your opt-in link, we fail to maintain 12 continuous opted-in testers for 14 days — or cannot complete the monitored window for reasons on our side — you receive one free full restart. If delivery still fails after that restart, you are entitled to a refund of the unused/failed credit(s) for that run.

Optional path: If Google's notice explicitly cites insufficient engagement from the 12Tester14Days assigned pool, forward it to us. We may offer a free restart or refund after review.

Pre-start: If the run has not started (no assignment against your opt-in link), you may request a refund within a reasonable window (typically 14 days of purchase) while the credit is unused.

Honest limits

What we do not guarantee

  • Not a production-access guarantee. Completing 12×14 makes you eligible to apply. Google decides production access.
  • Not a store-policy guarantee. Listing, content policy, data safety, and similar reviews are outside this policy.
  • Not a crash / quality guarantee. Broken builds, auth walls, or incomplete closed-track setup can fail the window without refund.
  • Not wrong opt-in / wrong track. You must share the correct Play Console closed testing opt-in link.
  • Not free community testing or Play Store reviews packages — separate products.

FAQ

Guarantee questions

Is this a money-back guarantee if Google rejects production access?

Only if Google's notice explicitly blames insufficient engagement from the assigned 12Tester14Days tester pool (optional path), or if we failed the 12×14 window after the free restart. Ordinary production-access decisions are Google's.

What if one tester drops on day 12?

That's why we use a ~14 × ~16 buffer. If the count still falls below 12 continuously for 14 days because of delivery, the restart / refund path applies.

Can I cancel after testers are already opted in?

Once the managed run has started, refunds follow this window-completion policy — not a no-questions cancel. Unused, not-started credits may still qualify for a pre-start refund.
