A live app with no public reviews looks unfinished. Shoppers bounce to a competitor that already has ratings, even when your product is better.
Reviews & Ratings
Your app is live. The listing still looks untrusted.
Shoppers skip a public Play Store page with empty stars. We post public reviews and ratings on that live listing — paid per order, separate from closed testing.
- Live listing only
- Basic 20 or Premium 27
- Pay when you submit

Empty ratings lose the install before the screenshot swipe ends.
Closed testing got you onto the store. Listing performance after that is a different problem: people compare stars, then decide.
Submit the listing URL, choose a package, and we fulfill public reviews and ratings on that page. Keep your store screenshots current so the listing accurately represents the app.
- 01
Paste the live listing
Share the app name and public Play Store URL. Any listing link format works.
- 02
Pick Basic or Premium
Pay for that order only. Testing credits stay on Billing and are not mixed in.

We post reviews and ratings
Track start, in progress, report sending, then completed in your workspace.
Choose the reviews package, then pay.

Before you order
Does my app need to be live first?
Yes. Reviews & Ratings is for a public Play Store listing. If you still need production access, start with 12 testers for 14 days instead.
Is this the same as closed testing?
No. Closed testing is the opt-in window for production access. This service posts public reviews and ratings on the live listing so shoppers have social proof.
Will this use my testing credits?
No. Reviews are paid per order at submit. App testing still uses its own credit balance.
What about listing screenshots?
Use current, truthful screenshots that reflect the live app. Then review your listing again before ordering reviews and ratings.
Start with the live listing, then keep every detail current.
Reviews and ratings should match the product customers can install today. Closed testing stays on its own path.
