Collect the unfinished work

Ask participants for outstanding access issues and reports before closing the feedback channel. Reconcile duplicate reports and mark fixes that still need confirmation. An unresolved item should have a named owner rather than disappear when the planned testing period ends.

Choose the correct publishing branch

Check whether your account still needs a production-access application or already has publishing access. Follow the workflow shown in Play Console. Keep an app-quality decision separate from the administrative status of the account.

Prepare for the first real users

Check support contact details, monitoring, and recovery procedures. Assign someone to watch incoming reports after release and set a time to review them. Preserve the test summary so a new problem can be compared with the conditions covered before launch.
